Writing Real Estate Investor Blog Posts

I have been having a lot of success writing and revising blog posts for a few different blogs that I write on. And by success I mean I have had many of the sites jump up to page 1 in google search rankings. This has got me wanting to start a new blog but I'm not sure what to focus it on. 

What doeas the Real Estate Investor community want to hear about or want more of?

I could write all day about selling houses fast or cheap home improvements but I'm looking to write about something  different. Any Ideas?
