Does anyone know of a reliable and economical data source that can batch process addresses with owner names to identify any liens or judgments affecting property sales?

For feasibility, it would need to offer either a flat-rate monthly subscription ('all-you-can-eat') or an extremely low cost per address, as we’re dealing with thousands of records.
