A better mailer workflow?

Hi Everyone,

I'm currently using PropertyRadar.com to generate lists of properties I'm interested in.  Then I'm sending it off to a Skip trace company and they return a ton of data.  It's tedious hard work and is taking a huge amount of time to remove duplicates, track responses, remove people from lists etc. Are there alternative ways to do this that are more hands free for me but still effective?  For instances, is there a company that I can talk to and say, I want to target properties containing 5 to 20 units in this area and they do everything else for me?
