Recommended researching software

I was wondering if anybody had any recommendations regarding the various analytical software available in the market, such as AirDNA, Host Away, Key data, etc. 

I’m interested in software that would provide greater clarity on short-term rental properties in the area that I’m looking into or currently have invested in.
