I'm currently looking for a dedicated full-time admin or VA to handle the day to day tasks so I can focus on scaling the business. Interested in hearing the experiences you've had on certain VA companies, etc. Looking for someone that is attentive and/or a company that tracts work, well versed in real estate, contracts, etc. The things I'm most in need to delegate.

I had a good experience using Upwork to hire a VA, although I only hired him for a few short term projects.
