Real Estate Investing Software Platforms: Which is the best?

Zillow, Relator, Redfin, and the rest are great. What I'm looking for in particular is software designed for the purpose of analyzing thousands of properties at a time. REIPro, Propstream, and DealMachine come to mind.

Does anyone have a strong preference for one of them? I for one really enjoy Propstream's property analytics capabilities that can estimate the property value after a flip. However, some BP forum posts express their dismay over the platform's outdated or delayed data.
