Best CRM software for off market deal finding?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a CRM to use for managing leads from off-market deal finding? I am hoping to begin marketing with direct mail, cold calling, FB ads and Google Adwords (driving to my website) but I am trying to figure out the best CRM to use which is not extremely difficult to set up, but still offers decent flexibility for how it can be configured for RE investors. Ideally some  integrations with tools like Zapier, etc. would be great.

I have heard that Podio is great, and super flexible, but can be a bit of a beast to set up initially. Does anyone have any other recommendations?

Yes Podio is good especially for using as a hub for several lead harvesting sources. I’ve used Podio for over 12 years now.

I use Podio. Contrary to what you said, it is the simplest CRM.

Thanks @Patrick Jackson and @Eliott Elias! This is definitely inspiring to try out Podio. I’ll give it a spin this week!

Hey @John D.I'd be happy to chat over zoom to show you InvestorFuse- it sounds like it good be a great fit for what you're looking for, and we do all the setup for you as far as connecting all your marketing/lead generation tools you mentioned to capture leads in your workspace (you don't need zapier or anything like that).

Our original platform in 2016 was on top of Podio, but found it robust, not super user friendly, and investors going down a rabbit hole of constantly tweaking and making adjustments to it. In general we've found its a lot more valuable to spend time talking to leads and be in the business than setting up your software and tech

We're simple, easy to use, and heavily supported with both integration and customer success zoom training. Happy to help out anyone on the thread here
