Hello all, a couple of partners and I have been building an analysis platform to help quickly analyze multifamily deals, targeted currently for multifamily agents and investors, or single family agents that are selling a multifamily building. For agents that are used to only using the MLS, you can also export clean marketing packages. The system enables a user to instantly upload a rent roll, P&L and our AI pulls market rent data to help you calculate market cap, cash on cash etc. If your seller has not provided rent rolls and P&Ls, you can manually input.
