Bots for Scraping - Target List

I've been using bots to scrape county websites for tax, divorce, probate, and absentee owners. I was doing this work manually and it would take a significant amount of time. The results have been exceptional. I've used sites like Prop Stream for leads in the past, but I do not have confidence in the quality of their information.

What other ways can we use bots to capture potential lead data?

- Scrape social media for hashtags like: "justmoved" or "newinthecity" or whatever people post when they move.

- Scrape social media for people having marital problems or loss in the family.

Crazy ideas are welcomed. I'm looking to level up my game!

@Joe Ortiz

I create data visualizations of the entire state. I pull market history as well as each individual closed property. I pull metrics to see health and status of the market. It can show appreciation trends with heat maps as well.

I can send you a link to the site to see what I'm talking about.
