Propstream vs Privy

I’m looking at signing up with Propstream or Privy to help find and compare investment properties. Can anyone provide me with their recommendations on which tool is better?

Hi Estrella,  did you post a Privy vs Propstream comparison.  Would appreciation hearing your thoughts on the two services especially in finding expired listings.  Thank you !
