Hey Mallikarjun! Awesome to see you focusing on multifamily. I'm doing the same here in my market. I would recommend that if you want to scale faster that you work with an investor who has done many investments in several markets. Here we have a lot of OOS investors that do just this from where you are. The returns are better and these investors can help you with what to look out for when investing far from home.
