Contractors & Property Managers - Upstate NY/Greene County

Hey All,

I just closed on my 4th property (first in upstate NY). The property is in Windham and I plan to use it as a short term rental. The property does require some fixing - paint, flooring etc. 

Does anyone have references/recommendations on contractors and property managers in the area? Also would love to network with fellow investors in the area. If there are any meet ups/FB groups that you'd recommend, I'd really appreciate it
