@Roman Kozlov depends on the class of the asset and unit count. 8-10% is pretty normal, 10% being in SFR, 2-4 units. Once you get to 20 units I start to see it drop down. I know of Class A & B buildings that only get charged 4% but they are 150 units. This usually includes, day to day operations, rent collection, renting the units and handling tenant communications. Every deal is different though and depends on how well you negotiate. Best of luck!
