PM suggestions for Rochester NY
Hi Everyone
Does anyone have any recommendations for PM's in Rochester? The one I am using has had 1. poor communication, 2. not timely on payments, 3. not transparent on costs for repairs. I own a few properties and prefer the smaller PM's where you have 1 point of contact vs the larger ones that are siloed which tends to lead to passing the buck, and miscommunication. Best, Amir
