I'd like to hear from anyone who is familiar with Mr. Texas Realestate Investment Company here in Houston, TX.

To be more specific, I would like to know if their paid Mastermind membership is a good value when it comes to investing in single family, or  multifamily homes.

Do they actually deliver on what they promise as far as providing their members deals, and guiding them through the buying and rehab process?
