Character building/leadership/productivity etc... books

Good evening everyone from Englewood, FL!

My wife and I just finished reading Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey. We were totally blown away by his approach for financial readiness! Just by preparing this financial plan for our future makes us feel like we’ve stepped into another chapter in our lives.

Before easing into real estate investing will be getting rid of all our debt and setting up long term investment accounts and so forth. You know, building our financial muscles! So in the meantime while we’re focusing intensely on our total money makeover, we intend to increase our knowledge base, maturity, character, productivity, networking, communication and just general ability overall. The main goal is to increase our chances of success by working on what makes a successful investor a successful investor.

We need some recommendations for books on character building, leadership, business, productivity... books that have practical advice and systems that we can apply in our daily lives on our quest to a successful investment career and life in general.

Thank you all so much in advance!!!
