Favorite Reads for scaling BRRRR business

Hey all! Would love your input on some top books - business or real estate. Ideally these could align with scaling an out of state BRRRR business. I'm almost finished up with David's BRRRR book, and have Raising Private Capital in the pipeline. As for a business-related, Atomic Habits by James Clear is also in the pipeline. I've read a handful of both business and Real Estate books, but would love to hear any suggestions that could specifically help in my scenario. Thank you!
