I recently went to a seminar hosted by Robert Woodruff. He is the president of the Charleston REIA and has a course The Keys To Cash Flow.

He has some very creative ways to use a Power of Attorney for real estate deals by controlling the property and/or never taking ownership. Any thoughts on this for those who have used this method
