I've honestly learned a lot more from the members of this board than any book or course I've read.

From the top of my head, in no particular order:

J Scott, Vikram, Wheelhouse, Rich W, MikeOH

I also had some educational phone conversations a while back with Tim W, who helped me get through some struggles early on.

I guess I've decided it's better to learn from those doing real estate as a career rather than those making a career out of teaching real estate.
