I went to the first day of the 199.00 3 day Seminar. We were told that the prices in Anaheim were rising and at 440.00, Going to the site where he pulled the information.says that Anaheim is at 323.00 and down 7.5% from the same period of last year. Lies!!!!! Even Zillow has this information.

Good investigative report. This is one of the reasons why we here at BiggerPockets do not partner/JV with the gurus; something that I think every other REI site does. We believe that this approach has given the real estate investing space a black eye.

$12,000-$45,000 for "advanced" "training" . . . WOW!

As Will said, there is no replacement for your own "due diligence," but sadly, so many people continue to fall for guru hype.

Hopefully more networks will do their own investigative reports like this one and bring to light just what is happening out there...
