DC Fawcett letter

Greetings all, this is my first post. Received a letter today from D.C Fawcett. Never heard of him before this letter. The newspaper like print has a little sticky note on it stating that DC has setup a website for me. Headline reads "Generous Real Estate Millionaire Seeks a Partner in (my home town, state). On the back side of the "newprint" sheet there is an ad asking "Want to make money buying and selling houses?". Then it lists my full name in the website address. Anyone else receive the letter? The zip code on the envelope is for Toledo Ohio. This sounds like a raging scam. Anyone know can I sue this jackass for putting my name in a website address because I am extremely torked?
