Im taking the Than Merrill real estate investment class today. It's a 3- day seminar that I'm attending does anyone have any advice that I can take? Any particular questions to ask? Any subject or mention that I should closely pay attention too?

I'd ask if I could get my money back if I don't show up and simply read BP and listen to podcasts for the same info, see what they say about that.
