Larry Goins Ultimate Buying and Selling machine questions

I just purchased the Larry Goins Ultimate Buying and Selling Machine course from ebay. I got it for a big discount over what he was selling it on his site for, but the bad news is I just found out that the version I have was published in 2005  and I'm not eligiable to access the updats since I bought it used

I have a few questions regarding the material, what has changed and what hasn't changed after this point. I would be really grateful if someone who has purchased the course in the last couple of years could PM me or respond to this post so I can get these questions answered. I would prefer not to spend over $1000 to buy a fully up to date version of his course.

Thanks.
