Hi, I  would like to know if anyone has taken  JOSH CANTWELL's  course One FLIP or attended his summit Flip & Fund.  He is currently offering the course for $997.00  online for five weeks guaranteeing results or money back, which he says orignially sells for $2997.00.  Special because this is his 10 year Anniversary  surviving Pancreatic Cancer.....Can anyone advise me.  His company name is FREELAND VENTURES or STRATEGIC REAL ESTATE COACH   in OHIO.  Thanks much.
