So im fairly new to BP, Have gotten a lot of great tips as i read daily. I spend most of my time browsing threw BP podcast and forums. Aside from my boring Day job(s) (3 actually) i love to read INVESTMENT BOOKS. Yea i havent really stepped in yet. I currently lack capital, stuck in financial problems. Crazy right. What a dream. Good thing i have a passion for books, so my question, What are the best books that have helped you overcome financial crisis? What books have tought investment advice for a newcomer with no experience? What 1 book would you recommend to anyone.? Thank you all in BP, PRO's. I truly admire the successes you all have overcome. I really strive to one day have a mentor , have the capital, have the smarts to be a gret in this business.

Hey @Jose Gonzalez don't let your current circumstances prevent you from starting to invest in real estate. I was divorce and 25k in debt when I started wholesaling houses. Second, learn has much as possible about the 5 skills needed to be a Pro at real estate investing. They are marketing; estimating repairs; contracting; appraisals; and negotiating. Then spend 80% of your time marketing. Last, my favorite entrepreneur book is Ready, Fire, Aim by Michael Masterson.
