Phil Grove's Big Dog Program

Hey I'm thinking of splitting the cost of the "Big Dog Program" with my partner for $17.5k each. Seems legit and seems like we get a huge network and resources. We would team up with Northern Va RENC. We know we can learn online and find mentors at meetings but we believe this will extremely shorten our path to success. Has anyone gone thru the program? Is it worth the money?

Chris,

35k down will enable you to buy a nice rental home in my market. Even if you do mistakes, you will come out ahead and make significant return.
If you have money use it for a deal. Learn by doing.

Cheers
