Best foreclosure book?

What's generally considered the best book on learning the foreclosure process?  About 10 years ago I read "Foreclosures for Dummies" by Ralph Roberts and it seemed dated to me. He was an older guy and the internet technology had changed since his heyday.

Any suggestions?
