Lou Brown's House Monster or Street Smart program

Hello all, I'm looking for anyone's opinion of Lou Brown's House Monster or Street Smart real estate investment programs. They teach you how to become an "affordable housing provider" and teach how "you can be the bank" for potential renters and rent-to-own tenants. I'm trying to find the pros and cons of his system but i can't find anything negative about it online, only positive reviews. Can anyone in the know share your thoughts on this type of investing concept and program? Thanks!

Heard him speak in Los Angeles last night. His name has often come up with other "gurus," but I found his schtick ("....Yeah, baby!") so overbearing I could not take him seriously.  And that has nothing to do with his classic Southern accent (hey, I'm from Georgia myself) Just too much TV evangelism mixed in with used car salesman pitch. He gave the same guru pitch one has heard endless times of "I'm giving you this and that...plus that and this......totalling smillions of dollars worth of valuable education and marketing, but tonight and tonight only because you showed up I'm giving you a huge discount to only $19.95 (actually a little more than that but you get the drift) ...plus I'll even throw in...."
