I like John T Reeds books on real estate and love his guru list on his website.    Also, his book Success is really unique.  It's not the typical motivational crap, but unique things that he has observed that I've never seen in other books.  Anyway, I'd like to suggest him as a Podcast interview guest.

Below is what Reed wrote about Brandon's and Josh's favorite guru's book Rich Dad Poor Dad.   

Rich Dad, Poor Dad is one of the dumbest financial advice books I have ever read. It contains many factual errors and numerous extremely unlikely accounts of events that supposedly occurred.

Kiyosaki is a salesman and a motivational speaker. He has no financial expertise and won’t disclose his supposed real estate or other investment success.

Rich Dad, Poor Dad contains much wrong advice, much bad advice, some dangerous advice, and virtually no good advice.

I'd say the chances are pretty slim....
