Rich Dad Poor Dad Program?

Hey!

I have a friend that recently bought into the Robert Kiyosaki program, and I was wondering what some people think (yes, I searched it up). I got a glance at some of the contracts and they seemed... simple. I'm still a novice myself, but are RE contracts really that simplistic? I'm currently using rocket lawyer to construct contracts, but was wondering what people thought about Kiyosaki's program (specifically his contracts).

I'd imagine they are that way for a reason. If you have experience with his program, what are your thoughts/experiences with it?

Thanks for the help!
