CRM & Project Management Software

Has anyone out there tried Bitrix24 to manage their CRM and PM needs? According to their website, it seems like a very comprehensive software with all the built in whistles for free up to 12 users.  It has built in CRM, Project Management with Gantt capabilities, Automated workflows, marketing campaigns with outside providers such as Mailchimp.   It also appears to offer true integration with Google Contacts and Calendar which Insightly, Podio and Zoho don't do (or at least not very well).  Just wondering if anyone has any experience and could provide feedback, before delving in and then being once again disappointed by the lure of features they claim to offer but end up being a workaround through a 3rd party vendor, involving extra steps and additional charges.
