In Your Opinion, What Are The 3 Best Books On Real Estate?

I'm a ghostwriter with an interest in real estate who's sometimes asked to write real estate books for clients. I'd like to know which books real estate professionals and investors here consider the very best of the best. I want anything I write to reach the highest possible standard, and I'd like to know which books people here feel have hit that mark.

So: what are the top 3 real estate books you've ever read?

To get you started: everyone mentions "Rich Dad Poor Dad." That's a given. But so far I've been most impressed with "21 Things I Wish My Broker Had Told Me," by Frank Cook, "The Real Estate Philosopher's Guide," by Bruce M. Stachenfeld, and "The Real Deal," by Faisal Susiwala.

What real estate books have most impressed you?
