Has anyone bought Robert Kiyosaki blueprint and coaching program

Anna Lindo
Posted

I purchased the program but was thinking to upgrade to coaching program. If I do I won’t get 30 day money back but the guarantee I will purchase first property in 6months.

I did get pre approval for fha loan. But I want to learn how to invest in real estate as a business. I want to know if this program will help me save money by not getting a loan to buy first property ?

Thank you! What is a house hack?

 Hey Anna,

Yeah I would definitely recommend studying and gaining experience for a couple years before diving in that deep. There are a ton of good articles on this site about "House Hacking" and my good friend @Ryan Thomson knows more than anyone I can think of in the space. It is the most sure fire way to create a stable base as you expand your journey.

Househacking is essentially renting out rooms to folks to offset your mortgage, this can also be done in Multifamly with other units in whatever you decide to buy. My wife and I are currently househacking a duplex and I'm not sure if we will ever be able to live in a single family again!
