Will this get me thrown out?
So I'm a newbie realtor and my business model is to have investors as my #1 client and what I was thinking of doing was showing up to a guru seminar and gathering all the people together and informing them of the gurus slimy intentions. After telling them I would then refer them to bp and then give them my business card. Now if by some chance one of the staff hear me and kick me out do you think it's worth it? Is there a chance I could be banned from the hotel?

Yep, could well get you kicked out. An agent I worked with at one point was passing out info at a seminar and was asked to stop. They didn't kick him out, but then he wasn't saying the gurus were slimey.
