Is Scott Carson 3 day course worth it??
Hello all, I have recently decided to begin note investing and I am looking for a way to fast track my knowledge on how to do it, so I can begin my career in it. I came across Scott Carson and actually spoke with him on the phone, and I am just wondering if there is anyone that has done his 3 day course for $497 and can vouch for it.
I have seem reviews of people that were happy that took it, but I have also seen the mugshots of him (lol) and all of the posts of him being a scammer, when people gave him money to invest. Just to anyone reading this, I am specifically seeking knowledge and info on his course, NOT whether it's worth investing money with him in notes; that is definitely something I am more skeptical about.
The courses and knowledge is what I'm after, I appreciate any input at all. Thanks!

But I will ask several questions:
1. Do you believe he was / is a scammer?
2. If so, then why would you want to learn from that type of person?
3. If yes to #1, do you think that person would teach you the ethical way to do things?
4. If no, then hey go for it.
PS: After the course and you go and send me the "I am a direct buyer looking to buy notes for my own portfolio email" I will block you though.
Sounds good, thanks for the advice Chris. Just getting started in the real estate world, I love learning new information.
Did something happen to you that made you so pessimistic towards new investors emailing you? Only reason I'm asking is because I want to avoid being blocked by someone like you... lol. Love what you have been doing in the space!
There are many who are given and follow a specific script with zero intentions of having money to buy an asset and then lock it up under agreement for six weeks and try and get funding after the fact. That goes over like a fart in church in the note space. There is a a common theme as well and they all come from the same guru who may or may not be mentioned in this post.
