I always new I wanted to invest in Real Estate but it was always thought about as when "I get older" since I have a W2.  My ideal of getting into Real Estate was by getting a license or buying traditionally and doing all the work on my own. Listening to Paces youtube about creative. I felt like learning creative couldn't hurt me to start now since it introduced me to a new concept of what real estate can be. So I joined SubTo in April 2023. Little did I know that I would meet some of the best people in this community but that I would transform into a better person personal and professionally.  SubTo isn't about the videos or zooms its about building the person you want to be throughout this journey. Defining what go-giving means for you and building a network of like minded people willing to put in the work to succeed and build lives with. Subto isn't only about Real Estate tactics, you can get that on the free videos. SubTo is about chaining the way you live and creating a future for yourself, your family and the people you build this lifestyle with along the way. Why you pay for SubTo is to have access to the people in this community worth way more than you will ever realize. I never knew something like the SubTo community existed. I don't think you'll find anything like this community anywhere else, its way beyond real estate. Creative for me stands for Creating a new way to do all types of things for yourself and others.
