Review of SubTo Mentorship

Posted

I get a lot of people asking me about Pace Morby's SubTo Mentorship, especially after he released his new book with Bigger Pockets. I just want to say that I have had the best experience in this mentorship! I've been in it for 2 years now, and the main thing that attracted me was the philosophy of the community, how everyone JV's and helps each other. When I was a newbie, that was super important to me, because I wanted access to someone who could help me without feeling like a just an ask-hole all the time. Working with someone made it a win-win, and really helped me grow in my investing confidence and knowledge. I have managed to buy 4 properties with creative finance thanks to everything I learned in the mentorship/community! And there is so much more than just classes, Pace puts out new life changing programs all the time, like the multifamily stuff, TC stuff, avatar classes. I've been able to get lines of credit to invest in other people's deals, etc. It has truly been life changing, and better than any other mentorship that I've joined. I am so grateful for all the people I've met and all the knowledge I've learned from Pace and fellow students. If you ever want to chat about joining, let me know, I'm an open book!

Quote from @Ali Ehsan:

I can't say enough positive things about Pace mentorship program I joined few weeks ago. It was a game-changer for me! My mentor's expertise and guidance were instrumental in helping me navigate the complexities of the real estate industry. From market insights to negotiation strategies, I learned so much. I also appreciated the networking opportunities provided. This program has given me the knowledge and confidence to excel in real estate. Highly recommended for anyone seeking to thrive in this field!

As I asked in your other post, that you copied and pasted the exact same post, what addresses did you buy and sell so we can check?

Looks to me like you've been paid to post. ;-)
