Anyone heard of WealthGenius Coaching Program (Alfonso Cuadra)
Hi All, I am an aspiring real estate investor based out of Vancouver, Canada. Currently, I don't have any experience in RE investing but highly motivated to start it asap. Since I have never done a deal, I'm not confident enough to do things on my own.
I'm looking for some recommendations on coaching programs. I explored a few popular ones in the US but they all are either super expensive or don't have a lot of value and I certainly don't want to spare a lot of money on them. I recently came across this coaching program by WealthGenius based out of Toronto and founded by this guy Alfonso Cuadra. He doesn't personally provide the coaching but it's done by his partners (Thomas Lorini in my case).
Does anyone have any experience with this program? or some other program that would help a first-time investor like me but is also not super expensive (not more than 8k-10k). Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @Amit Garg happy to help out with this as I'm pretty familiar with the various programs in Canada, as I've built quite a network over the past 10 years with investors across Canada and hear a lot of things.
I think it would be best to jump on a call and talk about it.
Without knowing more about you and your goals, it's hard to give a recommendation. You want to find a coach/mentor that's done what you want to do. So I wouldn't hurry to jump into a program right away, but take time to learn your options and find one that fits the strategy/location you want to pursue. I would connect with other investors and go to a few free/low-cost meetups to start and learn from them the strategy and how they learned to do what they did. One I'd recommend is Mogul Realty Group in Vancouver. They have monthly free events.
I would not do any US programs unless you are planning to buy in the US. Even then, you're better off with a Canadian mentor focused on buying in he US.
