Feedback on Realinvestors/DCREIA

Hello everyone. I am curious if anyone has dealt with Realinvestors/DCREIA. Also, if anyone can tell me about Sherman Ragland. I see that he offers a class through Realinvestors but I do not know about paying $2497 for it. Or maybe that is the norm for real estate investment classes; if so please let me know. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I know that, through searching, there was a post on Mr. Ragland. But, if possible, I would prefer information more recent compared to posts from the 1st quarter of 2012. Thanks again
