Opinion on Realeflow/Other 'Project Mgmt'/CRM Software Programs?

Anyone use realeflow to run their REI business? I'm mainly interested in the crm and task management apps. Any thoughts on this or another program (I'm already familiar with Zoho). Thanks in advance.

I'm disappointed in that I could not find a way to create a Project (in Zoho Projects) or Contacts with workflow/tasks (Zoho crm) and then use them as templates for similar properties. For instance we wholesale, rehab and occasionally (when it's strategic for us to do so) list properties. Each property type has basically the same tasks to complete in order to bring the deal from start to finish. Yet if I have to manually add the same tasks for each deal each time I contract another property then the program is almost useless to me. And I've been checking a few programs out there and many of them seem to be lacking this basic level of functionality it's comically amazing to me.

I also don't like the fact that there are so many needed features that Zoho users have requested and that the owners of the company have been "suggesting to the developers" for years with no progress. So many complaints about how they've been claiming for years they will add this function and that function and nothing.
