I’m looking at building my network and am interested to see who others have chosen as their Core Four in Saint John, if you are open to sharing. Thanks

Hey James!

I purchased 2 properties in New Brunswick this year. One in Saint John and one in Fredericton.

I would be happy to share my Core Four, but they are not the traditional Core four. What I mean is, I believe a property manager should always be your first call when thinking about investing from a distance, or even local for that matter. They are the ones who will be your eyes and look at the property for you, they know the areas they service well, and will be able to give expert advice on where to stay away from, they often times will be the ones who do renovations for you (I highly suggest finding someone who does this as it really simplifies the process for you the investor) they know all of the local professionals that can help you with purchasing your property, such as: Realtors, lawyers, inspectors and Mortgage Brokers.

For my Property management in New Brunswick I use Canada Homes for Rent. The presidents name is @Jeff Murray and he has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. He is a member of bigger pockets here and I'm sure would be happy to assist you and anyone else seeking advice.

For real estate agents, I use @Brendan McClure who is a dear friend and great at what he does. him and his partner are doing some amazing things with their Real estate investing business. Over 100 units purchased in 2020.

Also I have used Steve Ryan. He is a go getter and loves to bring the off market deals.

As for a lender, I myself am a licensed Mortgage Associate in the province of New Brunswick that specializes in servicing real estate investors with their financing needs. If you would like, connect with me and we can chat more about this and any questions you may have regarding Real estate in New Brunswick or financing your properties.

Hope that helps!
