Niagara Region
Is anyone in the Niagara aware of any bp meet ups or investor groups in the area?

I've always valued 1 to 1 relationships with successful investors vs the seminar / group approach. A lot easier to build a relationship and get maximum value from each person individually that way.
I'm 7 deals in, & approaching 8 & 9 this summer and I've still never really used any type of networking group. I think there is value in them but there are too many tire kickers involved who stay on the sidelines that it brings the communities down as a whole for me.
