Best Place To Reach SE WI Property Owners?

I am a reseller of junk basically, and know some people elsewhere that get alot of their product from eviction/abandoned rental units.

I've advertised free property cleanup, or cash for contents depending on what's in the unit, but have no luck at either place. 

Where do you guys advertise your properties at? Sorry if this isn't allowed, I'm a longtime Boglehead, and they always direct people here for real estate questions, so it's the first place I thought of
