Hello BP,

I'm Cordell, born and raised in Milwaukee just moved back a few years ago after serving 5 years in the Marines and doing some welding work out of state. I am currently attempting to throw myself into the market and purchase my first investment property. I am a licensed realtor in the city and have done a ton of self research in books and learning through the deals I have done as a realtor. Just trying to find positive people in the game to connect with, learn from, and assist however I can. I have the time and work ethic to help an experienced (more than myself at least) investor take the next step in their growth in exchange for the experience.
