Tips for Renting 2/1 apartment in Emerson Garfield

Hi Guys.

I've had my add up for my 2bdrm/1bath off maxwell and monroe on postlets and craigslist for about 3 months now.

I've had some bites but not one application filled out. Is the market just that slow right now or is my 750/mnth rent just too high?

I looked at other rentals at same location, size, ammenties, etc. and they were in the $750 range.

Has anyone had success posting in local papers or on Facebook market? I feel like I'm missing something and would love to get some feedback!

Thank in advance for your time and help!

Something is up, man.  Vacancy is stupidly low in Spokane and honestly I could rent a 1970's mobile home in a run down, rat infested park for $750.  I think there must be something with the marketing going on, or something glaring about the property.  Are you showing it yourself?  Or is someone else doing the showing?  As a Spokane landlord, my gut tells me something isn't right about your situation, and it has nothing to do with the price.  Go back to square one.  If people know about your house being available, it should sit vacant for no more than a week, two max.  Rental market in Spokane is hot.
