DADU Contractor: looking for advice and recommendations

Hey all,

I am thinking of adding a DADU to a rental property located in Seattle, near UW.  I imagine many people have done this. Did anyone have some positive experiences with this?  I am thinking I have three options: 1) Get a design (probably the per-approved designs), get it permitted and hire a contractor;  2) something like MyKabin, that seems to do the whole process start to finish or 3) Or use a Prefab. like urbancottage.

What are your experience?  Any recommendations for a contractor or process.
