Cash out refinancing non owner occupied duplex - Seattle

Hey BP,

I have a duplex in Everett that I would like to cash out refinance on. It is currently leveraged roughly 45%, I am looking to pull cash out and leave it 75% leveraged. It has been rented for several years and is non owner occupied. Anyone have recommendations on someone local to start building a relationship with? Thank you!
