Current rental lease template for Seattle area?

Would anyone be willing to share a recently written (within last year) SFH lease agreement template in use in the Greater Seattle area? I am an out of state owner, and know there have been some significant changes to requirements with regard to tenant screening, but am curious how you have your 1 year leases written. Or perhaps you could recommend an online option for pulling one from?

Thanks!

Charlotte

You can also get all the forms related to tenancy (before, during and after) from https://www.rhawa.org/. I use these and their leases and all forms are quite comprehensive. You will have to get a membership to access RHAWA though.
