Foreign National Mortgages - Ohio
Hello!
I am a real estate investor from Denmark who is looking to build a cash flowing portfolio of real estate in Cleveland. Last year I bought the first turnkey property through my Ohio based LLC.
I am looking for lenders who can provide foreign national mortgages to buy or refinance properties on favorable terms. I have no intention of a single business transaction but is looking for a long-term partnership which is beneficial for the both parties.
Referrals are also very appreciated.
Please reach out for more information!
Thank you!
Thomas

Do you have an Ohio area property manager? That will be helpful for terms with any lender. Some rent history will help as well as I suspect you may have.
I'm surprised there are not a lot of comments in here moments after the post :)
The good news is there are plenty of lenders for this your scenario.
For some months I'm not sure I did much else besides foreign national investments in Ohio. Terms used to be expensive compared to domestic borrowers guaranteeing the loan. Today depending on transaction size non-recourse options can actually made at the same / similar terms for foreign national buyers.
