Looking for lender in Virginia
I am currently looking at a few multifamily properties in the Hampton roads area. I plan on using either my VA loan or an FHA. Does anyone have any past experience obtaining either of those loans with a local lender? If so, who, and how was your experience?

I can suggest BayPort or LFCU. VA will be better because no PMI and believe BayPort can do under 4% APR on them possibly with 0% down.
